I’m Rita, the founder and cake designer behind Ritalicious.

My journey into luxury wedding cakes began on my own wedding day, when the centerpiece I had dreamed of for months never made it to my wedding as I had imagined. In that moment, I realized that a wedding cake is so much more than dessert. It’s a symbol of love, the centerpiece of a celebration, and a memory that lasts a lifetime.

That experience shaped the vision behind Ritalicious. My mission is to create one-of-a-kind wedding cakes while giving every couple the confidence that their cake will be crafted with exceptional care, artistry, and attention to every detail, from the first sketch to the final delivery.

For me, creating a wedding cake is about more than design. It’s about helping create one of the happiest memories of a couple’s life.
